Edi Keber has always believed in tradition and territory.
It is from this idea that the Collio concept was formulated, the idea of producing a wine which is the ultimate expression of the land. In the current market of local wines, the consumer views the “blend” as a less appealing product although, historically, in the “terroirs” of the world, diverse varieties were indeed cultivated together and blended in order to create more complete wines.
Following this tradition, and after many very satisfying years producing the Tocai, Edi and Kristian have chosen to diverge from the mainstream and produce a single wine.
