Coming from 3 different 100% crus from la Côte des Blancs : Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil sur Oger, the Delamotte Blanc de Blancs Vintage is beginning to show very well. An attractive pale yellow color, this vintage has an exceptional delicacy and balance. The Chardonnay’s vivacity and freshness offer a particular expression to this wine. A characteristic nose of white flowers, apricots and peaches. On the palate, subtle hints of candied fruits and mature citrus fruits. This Blanc de Blancs Vintage is a delight. It has the potential to age and will bring happiness to the taster for several years. It will , of course, be appreciated as an aperitif, but also with white meat (Turkey), fish, or soft cheese.
